Shop Update 12.04.18

It’s fair to say that there was a great deal of love of the new BFL and mohair yarn when we took it to Edinburgh Yarn Festival. So much so that there weren’t any same difference or multi coloured yarns to bring back and add to the shop. Nice problems to have…….

So the first thing to be dyed had to be some replacements.

Then we have new tote bags.

I love having a bag that’s wider than it is deep – it seems much easier to find things in it. Our bags are made from a sturdy cotton and are screen printed with our original designs.

Finally for this week we have the last of the Dalek project bags in duck canvas. Once this batch sells we won’t be making any more bags in this particular style (although we do have plans for a big project bag) – so if you’ve been considering one of these this is your last chance.

The yarn and bags shown above will go on sale at 1900 on Thursday 12th April and won’t be visible before then.

Glad Edinburgh was a success for you. My Dalek tote bag is going strong and even raises a smile from those who read it!

Those colours! That yarn! Unfortunately my sock yarn stash (I have four different stashes: sock yarn, DK yarn, Chunky and ‘large quantities of yarn bought for specific jumpers’) is already exceeding its place and, as I’m currently knitting a cardigan or two, won’t be going down significantly any time soon. Ah well.
