There’s lots of new yarn this week.
So without further delay, let’s start with our new Wensleydale and Shetland blend which launched last weekend at Edinburgh Yarn Festival. This yarn has a gorgeous gleam to it, and it’s high twist means it will wear wear for garments and socks. The long fibre staple of the Wensleydale also lends drape, making this ideal for shawls.
This 4ply has 400 meters to each 100 gram skein and costs £18.50
Colour happiness no matter what shades you love most.
Then there are scrap balls. Made from our British wool and nylon 4ply, each scrap ball contains at least 18 colours and are at least 100 grams / 400 meters of colourful fun. Scrap balls are £17.50 each.
Finally for this week there are bags.
The thistle print bag sold out at Edinburgh Yarn Festival, so I’ve made the extra panels I printed into bags. The proceeds from these will go to the charities we’re supporting in 2016. These bags will be available to newsletter subscribers from 1400 on Thursday 24th March, then to everyone else from 1900 on Friday 25th March.
We launched several new bag designs at Edinburgh Yarn Festival and you’ll find them all in the shop on Friday at 1900.
And finally a bag which sums up both sides of the creative process.
The yarns and bags above will be in the shop from 1900 on Friday 25th March
