Rainbows Of Many Kinds

After the variety of yarn bases in last week’s update, this week is much simpler – it’s all about sock yarn. Or hat yarn. Or scarf yarn. Or mitten yarn. Or whatever else you can think of to use our 4ply merino and nylon blend for.

There’s lots of bright

Finally there are lots more sets of rainbow mini skeins

These have been flying out of the shop – and I suspect that this gorgeous pattern from Patricia Martin has something to do with it.

You can find the pattern on Ravelry

If you want a further incentive to snap this up, this pattern has been designed to coincide with the 2014 Winter Olympics being held in Sochi, Russia. For the duration of the Games 50% of all pattern sales will be donated to the Albert Kennedy Trust.

I’ve already picked my colours – charcoal and a blackened rainbow mini skein set

So that’s my weekend sorted.

The yarns shown above will be available in the shop from 1900 tomorrow.

Happy shopping
