It’s been one of these weeks when it feels like the world is conspiring to keep me out of the workshop. Nothing terrible – just stuff that eats up time in a way that I can’t quite believe.
So rather than stressing and winding yarn until silly o’clock tonight I’m going with a small yet perfect update this week – and the promise of lots of yarn for our final update of the year which will take place next Friday.
For this week our shop update will go live tonight at 1900 – family stuff has already claimed tomorrow!
First up there’s more of the very popular Larger On The Inside colourway
4ply SparkLynne yarn
4ply sock yarn
There’s more Jolly Holly
There’s chocolate box
And finally for the sock yarns there’s more of the favourite from the Knitting and Stitching show – parakeet
There are mini skein sets in lime rainbow
Then there are 2 kits which made their debut at the Knitting and Stitching show.
Little Heart Bunting Kit
Each kit contains enough yarn to make 8 little hearts, plus a pattern and stuffing, all presented in a neat little cardboard box.
Little Bags of Calm Kit
Each kit contains enough yarn to knit 3 little bags, pattern, 3 lavender bag sachets, and ribbon, all presented in a neat little cardboard box.
The something a bit different. The perfect thing to do with your odds and ends of yarn which are just too beautiful to throw away. Turn them into jewellery with glass spool beads.
Beads are available in clear or black glass and are supplied on a wire necklace which is 48 cm long. Each bead is about 2cm from end to end – as they are handmade by me there are slight variations between beads. Beads are kiln annealed fro strength and your necklace will arrive in it’s own little box.
Finally a reminder that if you’re thinking about a place in our 2014 clubs you need to book your place by 1800 on Friday 13th December.
